Quirky. Irreverent. Fun.

Unlike Del Griffith, I do have a point, because I know it makes it so much more interesting for you! (Name that movie!)

Real Life. Real Stories. Real Lessons.

Life hides opportunities in plain sight.

Sometimes we just have to get out of our own way to see them. You can learn to discover those opportunities using humor, optimism, and perspective.

BigSpeak Speakers Bureau

Mo entertains audiences with her unique presentation style and contagious energy as she charts a course for people who want to laugh, learn and think!

The Legg Mason VETS (Veterans Education, Talent & Support) and LEAD (LGBTQ+ Employees & Allies for Diversity) Employee Resource Groups, invited Mo to share her personal story with us. Mo’s story was both inspirational and encouraging, all the while being very entertaining. She is a gifted speaker who uses humor to bring ease and wisdom to an uncomfortable topic. It was a powerful discussion that encouraged employees to think more broadly about how our perspectives are flavored by experiences. Mo’s message is powerful...show up, be professional and don't make excuses for being who you are. We talk a lot about being our ‘authentic self’ and her personal story brought this important message to life.

"If I never grow up, I wanna be just like you."

That was the best compliment I ever received. And it was from a 10 year old. Unfortunately, or fortunately, it was when I was much older than 10 years old. But it reminds me that everyone grows old, that doesn't mean we have to grow up. Life is more fun when you're refreshingly immature.

Yeah, so. About all of that.

You made it all the way down to the bottom of the page but you still have questions about me.
